I'm receiving an error message when I try to login to in Capital IQ - what should I do?
Answer
First, make sure you are connected to the Yale network.
If you are off-campus, this means connecting to the Yale network using Cisco Anyconnect VPN client. If you are on campus, use the Yale Secure wifi network.
If you have confirmed that you are on the Yale network and are still seeing an error message, try one of the following:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
