Q: How do I obtain permission to publish materials from the P.D. Ouspensky memorial collection?

Yale University does not hold copyright to the unpublished materials included in the P.D. Ouspensky memorial collection (MS 840). You may address your request for permission to publish to Attorney William A. Simon of McGarry & Simon, New York. Please email Mr. Simon here: wsimon@mcgarrysimon.com

Manuscripts and Archives does not sign any type of permissions letter for use of materials to which Yale University does not hold copyright.
