Q: I've used EZ Proxy to access materials from off-site in the past, but it isn't working now.

If you have recently had a change in status - such as graduation - you may no longer have off-campus access (note: your Net ID is active for several months following graduation). To verify, check the ITS website that describes important changes to your Yale accounts following graduation.
