Q: How can I connect to a library-licensed online resource using EZ Proxy?
Answered by: Laura Sider

To connect to the library's electronic resources from off-campus (using EZProxy without VPN), begin by identifying the resource you wish to access. Use Quicksearch or Orbis to identify e-books, e-journals, databases and more.

To connect off-campus, see the instructions below or watch the short demonstration video.

  1. From the item you want to access, select the availability link to access.
  2. You will be prompted to authenticate with your Net ID and password, as well as Multifactor Authentication (DUO app).
  3. After you have authenticated, you will connect to the e-resource.

Note: You can still connect to library licensed e-resources using the Virtual Private Network only.
