Q: What is EZ Proxy?
Answered by: Laura Sider
EZ Proxy, a system for providing remote access to licensed library e-resources, is the primary means of accessing licensed e-resources from off-campus. Remote access to e-resources is available to authorized users at Yale University and Yale-New Haven Hospital.
The EZProxy service does not require you to install any additional software to access e-resources from off-campus. Instead, you will connect to resources through the library's catalog (Quicksearch or Orbis) or other access points, like YaleLinks, via a specially configured URL.
