Through the “Emergency Temporary Access Services” (ETAS) initiative, HathiTrust will provide current Yale students, faculty and staff with access to 6 million in-copyright and copyright-undetermined e-books that match Yale’s print holdings.
- The number of available online copies will mirror the number of available print copies at Yale Library. These titles can be found by searching Quicksearch.
- To access HathiTrust ETAS titles, you must log in with your Yale credentials.
- A login is not required for general searching of HathiTrust’s regular catalog. Users are required to login with a NetID and password for full access to materials.
All users will continue to have access to materials in the public domain or open access materials (works that are made available from HathiTrust through the explicit permission of the copyright holder.)
More information visit the library's guide, HathiTrust: Emergency Temporary Access Service, or watch the video below to learn how to access these titles.
