Q: How do I reactivate my Wall Street Journal account?
Answered by: Laura Galas

All Wall Street Journal accounts need to be reactivated on an annual basis. The date on which you have to reactivate is based on the date you originally set up your account, so there is no single date when everyone has to reactivate.

  • The Wall Street Journal sends an email to users with reactivation instructions at the address registered with the newspaper. This email will go to your yale.edu account. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
  • There are full directions for activating or reactivating a WSJ account at library.yale.edu/access-wall-street-journal

For help with account problems or with the WSJ app, please contact customer service for the Wall Street Journal at academicsupport@dowjones.com. If you had a personal membership that used your yale.edu email address, you'll need to cancel that before you can take advantage of the Yale-sponsored membership. You can cancel at 1-800-JOURNAL. After you've canceled, you can activate via the URL provided above.

If you still have questions, please contact askyalelibrary@yale.edu.
