- All Wall Street Journal accounts need to be reactivated on an annual basis. The date on which you have to reactivate is based on the date you originally set up your account, so there is no single date when everyone has to reactivate.
- The Wall Street Journal sends an email to users with reactivation instructions at the address registered with the newspaper. This email will go to your yale.edu account. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
