The library is continuing to process Scan & Deliver requests (items available in the Yale Library collections) for current students, faculty, and staff when indicated in Quicksearch and Orbis. Yale Alums are not currently able to request Scan & Deliver.
If you are a current Yale student, staff, faculty, you are eligible for our Scan and Deliver service. Requests for scans are placed through our online catalog, Orbis.
- Start by looking up the item.
- If the item is eligible for Scan and Deliver, you will see a link to request a scan. Click "Request a scan of an article/chapter."
- You will be prompted to login with your Net ID and password or your visitor ID. On the last page, enter as much bibliographic information as you can. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to submit your request.
- Requests are typically filled within two business days.
