Q: What software is available on library public terminals?

There are a few different types of public terminal in Bass and Sterling Memorial Libraries, each offering a slightly different software package.

  1. The Bass Cluster computers, located throughout Bass library.
  2. The Bass L06 Classroom, located on the lower level.
  3. A cluster of iMac computers, located on the lower level.

Access to Bass library public terminals is limited to current Yale students, faculty, and staff. Affiliates and visitors with borrowing privileges or stacks access can use the public terminals in Sterling Memorial Library only.

The software packages are being updated so there may be some inconsistencies on some computers. The software currently available on each is as follows:
