Q: Where is the Map Collection?
Answered by: Jonas Baker

All questions regarding the maps collection should be referred to mapsref@yale.edu

Pre-1921 maps and select maps post-1921 can be found at the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library.  Many of these maps have been digitized and are available in the Beinecke’s Digital Library at http://brbl-dl.library.yale.edu/vufind/.

Contemporary (20th century and after) maps are findable in Orbis and will be are accessible for use at the Marx Library by sending email requests to marx.library@yale.edu  Many of these maps are stored at the Marx Library and others are at LSF.
