Q: I'm attending a conference at Yale, can I use the library?
Answered by: Jonas Baker

Some conferences may have made prearrangements with the library in order to ensure that every conference participant will have a free library card, but that is not the case with all conferences.  Anyone who would like to use the Yale University Library can do so by registering in person at the Library Services Desk, at the Sterling Memorial Library.  In order to find out more about the types of library privileges that are available to you, please refer to the following page:

Library Access

Please go to the Library Services Desk in the Sterling Memorial Library if you do need to register for library access.  Patrons without a Yale Library Card will not be able to enter the building after 6:00pm.  Refer to the following link to see the operating hours of Sterling Memorial Library
