Q: How do I cite articles I find in Google Scholar?
Answered by: Kelly Blanchat
Google Scholar search results include a "Cite" option. Select "Cite" to see the auto-formatted citation in MLA, APA, Chicago, Harvard, and Vancouver formats, which you can copy/paste into a text document (see image below).

Within the "Cite" option, you will also see a feature to export a citation to a reference manager, like Endnote and RefWorks.

For more information on citations, including links to online and print style guides, see our guide to Citation Tools.
