Q: In Google Scholar, can I limit to a specific web site or domain?

Yes. Using the site: operator, you can search for site:yale.edu, site:gov, site:org, and other domains in Google Scholar or in the basic Google search interface. You can also exclude results using -site: if you don't want a particular web site or domain to show up in your results.
