Q. I returned a book but it's still on my account. What should I do?

What happens now?

You will receive an email within 24-48 business hours, acknowledging the receipt of your claim.

We will begin a thorough search of the library where the book was returned and also the lending library. If the item is not found, we will provide information about handling the claim over the coming months. Each claim is handled on a case by case business, so end results will vary.
