Q: I returned a book but it's still on my account. What should I do?

What happens now?

Your claim will be processed within 24-48 business hours. We will begin a thorough search of the library where the book was returned and also the lending library. You will receive an email acknowleding your claim and an email that shares the results of our initial search. If the item is not found, we will provide information about handling the claim over the coming months. Each claim is handled on a case by case business, so end results will vary.
