Q: Is there a library on campus that is open 24 hours?
Answered by: Jeremy Garritano

Yes, there are two locations.

The Young Family Study is a 24-hour space available at Marx Science and Social Science Library (219 Prospect St) with soft-seating, mobile worktables, and whiteboards. Also in this space are three group meeting rooms for both collaborative work and individual quiet study. Access after Marx Library is closed is for Yale affiliates only by swiping your ID card. Please contact marx.library@yale.edu if you have any questions.

The Cushing/Whitney Medical Library (333 Cedar St) has a 24/7 room (E10). See Medical Library maps here. The room features a mix of Mac and PC computers, as well as scanners and printers. The room must be accessed from inside the library during library hours, and from outside when the library is closed. Access is for Yale affiliates only by swiping your ID card. Please contact AskYaleMedicalLibrary@yale.edu if you have any questions.
