When you InterLibrary Loan material is available, you will receive an automated email with the subject heading “REQUESTED LOAN AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP.”
Your pickup location will be included in the note. It will also contain the transaction number, due date of the book (which is also the last date the book will wait on the hold shelf) and information on how, if necessary, to contact the Interlibrary Loan department.
You can also log into your Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) account to find out details of a transaction. Completed transactions will say “Customer Notified via E-Mail” and will contain the due date and a note about whether the book is renewable. For example:
