Q: The book I want says it’s on “closed reserve” at Bass Library. What does that mean?
Answered by: Jessica Bower
“Closed reserve” items have been given restricted access by professors, lecturers, and teaching assistants who have included the materials on their respective syllabi. They must be requested at the Circulation Desk and are available for two hour check out.  Course reserve items are not available for delivery or renewals.

Please contact SML/Bass Reserves at reserves@yale.edu or contact your local reserves unit for assistance.
