Q: What can I do to get my course reserve requests processed quickly?

- Requests are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. To ensure that all of your requests will be up by the new semester, please submit as early as possible.
- Please provide as much information as possible on Canvas as this will help staff process your requests as quickly as possible.
- If you are submitting a request for print materials, in addition to title and author, please provide call #’s and location. The more information provided, the easier it will be for staff to locate the material and process the request.
- If you are submitting a request for e-reserves, staff will activate any uploaded PDF’s or URL’s within 48 business hours.
