Q. How long will it take to process my Scan and Deliver request?

The usual processing time is 24-48 hours.  This may fluctuate depending on volume of requests, time of year, and availability of staff.  During breaks and at the start of semesters, processing can take more than a week.

To aid in processing, please include as much information on requests as you can. Include titles, call numbers, page numbers, volume and issue numbers, dates, and as much other information as possible.  (Request forms can be found via the item’s Orbis Record under “Request scan of article/chapter”)
