Q: My interlibrary loan request has been cancelled, but I still need it. Do I have to retype the whole thing?

If you need to place a request for a cancelled item, login to your InterLibrary Loan account (ILLiad) and use the "cancelled requests" button to open and resubmit requests that have been cancelled.
