Q. I'd like the library to buy an item that I've borrowed through Interlibrary Loan.

Since materials obtained through interlibrary loan (ILL) are part of the collection of another library, they cannot be purchased directly by the user or Yale Library through ILL.

Patrons that would like Yale University Library to add an item item to the collection should fill out the purchase request form.
