Q: I've lost an interlibrary loan book. What now?
Answered by: Jessica Bower Relevo

Patrons are expected to comply with the terms of the lending library. If an item is overdue more than 30 days, or if the material is reported lost or damaged by the patron, then a replacement fee will be assessed in addition to any applicable overdue fees. The replacement fee is determined by the policies of the lending library, and may include a processing fee in addition to the replacement cost of the book.

If you have lost an Interlibrary Loan item, please use the following form to notify the library. We will be in touch within 24-48 business hours with information on lost item policies and procedures.
