Q: I can't find an item on the shelf although Quicksearch says Yale Library has it - can I get it through BorrowDirect?

If you are unable to find an item that should be on shelf, use the "Request for pickup" link in Quicksearch to have a staff member search for the item. If the book is not found, it will be marked missing in the catalog and staff will place a request for the item for you through BorrowDirect!
