Q. I have a questions about a fine/fee on my library account. What should I do?

If you believe you've received a fine in error, or you wish to dispute or reduce a fine, please fill out the following online form.

Select "I want to dispute a fine on my library account" from the list of options at the top. Provide a reason for the dispute, contact information and all relevant citation information.

Once this form is submitted, you should receive a response within 24-48 hours. Please note that response time depends on the volume of requests.
