Q. I have a questions about a fine/fee on my library account. What should I do?

If you believe you've received a fine in error, or you wish to dispute or reduce a fine, please fill out the following online form.

Select "I want to dispute a fine on my library account" from the list of options at the top. Provide a reason for the dispute, contact information and all relevant citation information.

Once this form is submitted, our staff will reach out to you with further information about the process. The time between submission and response may vary during high-volume times of the year, but all claims will be handled in the order they are received.
