Q: Where can I find eBooks?
Answered by: Laura Sider

You may use either Quicksearch or Orbis to search for eBooks. eBooks are often easily identifiable.

Using Quicksearch to find eBooks

Search for the title you wish to view electronically. From your results page, look for "Yale Internet Resource >> Online Resources" under location or "Books/Online" under format.

Click on the title for the eBook. From the full record, you should see a link to the "Online Book" or the "Full Text" to the right of the bibliographic information. This should connect you to the full text of the eBook.

Using Orbis to find eBooks

After you've searched for the item of interest, look for either "electronic resource" or "e-book" in the title field. You may also see "Yale Internet Resource" under the title of the book.

Click on the title of the book. From the record, you should see a link to connect to the "Online Book" or the "Full Text." This should connect you to the full text of the e-book.
