Q: Do I have access to LexisNexis?
Answered by: Laura Galas

Lexis Nexis Academic is now known as Nexis Uni.

Only persons affiliated with the law school is eligible for a law school Nexis Uni password.

The university library subscribes to Nexis Uni. For most purposes, Nexis Uni should have the material that a researcher will need. Nexis Uni has federal and state cases, statutes, regulations, and law reviews, legal dictionaries and a legal encyclopedia as well as Shepards law citator. Nexis Uni also has cases and legislation from Canada, the European Union, Australia, and more.

University affiliates also have access to HeinOnline. HeinOnline provides access to many law reviews (there is a short embargo for some titles), statutes, and historical treatises.
