We do not accept replacement copies of lost or damaged items unless the request to purchase a new copy is approved by the selector. If you have lost an item and you wish to replace it, please fill out the “Problems with my Library Account” form.
* On the form, please check “I have lost or damaged a library item.”
* Ask about purchasing a new copy in the “Please provide information about your inquiry” field.
You will hear from a staff member within 24-48 hours. During high volume periods, please allow more time for a response.
Again, do not purchase a replacement copy unless the request to replace has been approved.
