Q: An item that I’ve requested be scanned for my class has not yet been processed, and I need the item immediately. How might I get a hold of it?

Scan & Deliver, Interlibrary Loan, and Course Reserve scanning requests often take a few days to fulfill. Unless an item is available immediately through a Yale Library licensed e-resource, it generally won't be available immediately for use.
