Q: I returned a restricted-access ILL book to the desk without specifying that I still want it on hold. Is it possible to get it back?

As a precaution against accidental returns, non-circulating books are kept in the library until the holds patrons place on them expire. Non-restricted books are sent back once they are returned.

To have a restricted-access ILL book retrieved for you, please email askyalelibrary@yale.edu.
