Q. How can I check out a piece of media equipment for longer than the listed loan period?

If you would like to check out a piece of media equipment for longer than the listed loan period, please submit your reservation in the Reservations catalog as you normally would with your requested dates. Upon clicking the green Reserve button in the cart, the Finalize page will display a warning message regarding the special request. Fill in the comment box with your reason for the request, including intended use and if any travel away from campus. The program administrator will send notice after review or email for further follow-up.

Extended Reservation requests must be made a minimum of four business days in advance to ensure equipment availability. If you have any questions or need more information, please contact bassmedia@yale.edu.
