Q: How do I access eBooks on Books 24x7?
The e-book database, Books 24x7, is requiring me to log in to view content. Don't we subscribe to this resource?

Books 24x7 is a database of full-text, eBooks in the fields of computing, business, and information technology. In order to restrict excessive downloads, the company now requires users to login for each session.

1) If you have already created an account with Books 24x7, you may login here.

2) If you created an account, but you've forgotten your password, please click here. You will be prompted to enter your email. You will then receive an email from Books24x7 with a new password.

3) If you have not already created an account with Books 24x7, please follow these instructions

      a. Go to the Books 24x7 Registration page. Enter your email address.

      

      b. After you've entered your email address twice and agreed to the terms of service, a password will be emailed to you from Books 24x7. Use this password and your email to log back into the system. Click here to connect to the Books 24x7 login screen.

Note: You can also connect to Books 24x7 from our list of subscribed databases on the Yale University Library website. From this webpage, type Books24x7 (all one word) into the search box.
