Can I access the library's online resources from any computer?

Yes, as long as you are connected to the Yale network.

If you are affiliated with the university, you can connect in one of three ways:

  1. Log onto any Yale campus computer using your personal NetID.
  2. Log onto Yale Secure Wifi if you are connecting from a personal computer on campus.
  3. Log onto the Yale VPN if you are connecting from a personal computer while off campus.

If you are not affiliated with the university but have registered for either a Stacks Pass or Borrowing Privileges, you may log onto a computer in the Sterling Memorial Library computer cluster, using a temporary login issued by a staff member at the Sterling Library Services desk.
